The Greenfield 4th of July Celebration is made possible through the generous efforts of the Partners of Greenfield Parks and Recreation, a non–profit organization formed to improve, develop and promote The City of Greenfield parks. The 4th of July Celebration will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdayday, July 4. The festivities will begin with the 4th of July Parade, which steps off at 12:00 p.m. from the Greenfield High School Parking Lot & South 60th Street continuing East on West Layton Avenue past Konkel Park and ending at the East Parking Lot (by the Farmers Marke). The celebration continues throughout the day on the grounds of Konkel Park, featuring the 5th quarter performance from the University of Wisconsin Marching Band; Mini Miss, Little Miss, Junior Miss and Teen Miss Greenfield Pageants; food and treats from area vendors; live entertainment from local band Knockin' Boots; Music Bingo by On The Limiter, and much more.
The day’s entertainment will close with a grand finale of fireworks beginning at approx. 9:45 p.m.
